These terms cover moves booked with Acworth Advantage Movers, an owner-run moving company based in Acworth, GA. Booking a date or leaving a deposit means you agree to what’s laid out below.
Estimates and pricing
Local moves are billed at $135 an hour for two movers or $189 for three, one-hour minimum, or as a flat figure we quote in advance. An estimate reflects the details you give us; the final charge follows the actual inventory, access and hours the job takes.
Booking and cancellation
- Dates are held once we confirm them with you
- Let us know as early as you can if plans change, so we can free the truck
- Payment is due on completion unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing
Protection and claims
Every shipment carries $0.60 per pound in released-value protection at no charge, with full-value coverage available on request and up to $1,000,000 in cargo coverage per shipment. Interstate claims may be filed for nine months after delivery. We’re licensed and insured, with Georgia household-goods authority plus US DOT and MC authority for interstate work.
Your part
Please have items ready as agreed, flag anything fragile or oversized, and keep valuables and important papers with you rather than on the truck. Questions about these terms? Call (888) 278-9005.
